Improving JupyterHub Documentation

A few shortcomings in the JupyterHub documentation were tried to address:

  • Inconsistent use of Tabs for the different Modenvs/Partitions on our HPC systems
  • More verbose explanation of 'stadard environments'
  • Remark on Modenvs
  • Grammar issues
