Make release ready

• Check and extend default config and standardized formats.
• Remove default behaviour for omited csv and config parameters.
• Remove all unnecessary resources.
• Remove dead code and obsolete comments.
• Change logger output levels.
• Conduct final app test running from jar on Mac, Arch and Windows.
• Remove feature branches.
