App restructuring
Originally regarding #37 (closed) the objective is to finish the CLI parameter system and integrate all the parameters into the app by restructuring it for final "production level".

On Tuesday, June 17th, and Wednesday, June 18th, there will be a one-hour service outage between 8 p.m. and 9 p.m. The maintenance will be carried out in two steps: first, the operating system will be updated and on the following day, the GitLab service will be updated to Release 18.0.
