Adapt CI scripts for preview branch

Alexander Grund requested to merge CI_preview into preview
  • Remove deployment of preview for now (wouldn't have run unless all lint checks pass)
  • Run linters only on changed files for MRs, full on main branch
  • Adapt scripts to take target branch into account
  • Build only 1 docker container instead of 3
