Draft: Dmtcp optimization

Updated the compendium documentation about DMTCP. The scripts that were provided do not function anymore. Added explanation on how to use DMTCP and its limitations. This is mainly based on "Checkpoint/Restart of parallel HPC applications with DMTCP" by Cyrill Burth.
