Updated content rules. Note: Existing files are not checked if they follow code style or not. There are a lot of files. Maybe a script could be developed to check the code styles in the future.

What about #285 (comment 173266)?

Maybe a new issue can be created for this comment? The issue #285 (closed) doesn't asks to create a utility scripts. Its just asks to modify content rules. Can this comment #285(comment 173266) be linked to the new issue which specifically asks to create a new script to check coding style (not just for shell but for other programming languages as well)?
