Use htmlproofer plugin in check-links.sh. The old approach is in check-links-non-mkdocs.sh, but unused.

Use wiki /docs/util/check-links.sh to test it.

Why not completely removing check-links.sh from the repo? It is not used in the CICD pipeline anymore.

I guess, we would want to check internal links. That's the purpose of this merge request. Once it is merged, I will re-add the checks. Maybe I should have pointed that out earlier.

htmlproofer can also check internal links, as I understood. To enable cross-page anchor validation, you must set use_directory_urls = False in mkdocs.yml https://github.com/manuzhang/mkdocs-htmlproofer-plugin
