docs: Add Jupyter Teaching Example

Supports fixing #239 (closed)

This is currently a stub and open to discussion. It was the second time that we ran our JupyterHub visualization course at the IfK and there are a lot of undocumented steps currently for setting up such a course.

I had to write down these steps anyway, so I thought I'd add them centrally to the ZIH Compendium, maybe others can benefit form our experiences.

I created a separate issue that describes the key challenges that I experienced.

Let me know how this looks and if anything can be changed.

The JupyterHub is great and we got quite positive responses from students, which is why I would like to support this innitiative of the ZIH.

Tested locally using the mkdocs-docker. The pipeline fails here because I don't have a Gitlab runner.
