Update quotas documentation (show_resources)

I have updated the quotas documentation by describing the output of show_resources and including an example output of the command.

Please verify:

  • I have removed the part about quota -s -f /home as I did not get any output running that command.
  • Just running quota gives me the output:
Disk quotas for user keba189g (uid 2215151): no limited resources used
