Update migration_to_barnard.md:

add 'Outdated' to title, correct ws_list --list command to ws_list -l I wanted to figure out the available filesystems, therefore searched for 'ws' or 'ws_list', then an archived page shows up with a command that produces an error since there is only the short option, not the long option, thus has not been properly tested before it has been documented.
