Remove partition interactive

• Remove interactive partition from documentation, currently not available, if there will be an inter. part. on any cluster, we will document it
• Make it an example (interactive allocation with salloc)
  • appropriate styling
  • Add description on example
  • Adopt from Taurus to Barnard
