Fair share of ressources

We should at least advice users to a fair share of ressources e.g. when allocating only one gpu of a node to also allocate only the adequate portion of memory and not the full memory of the node.

Even if we try to have slurm restrictions for in the future we should add an advice to the compendium. jobs_and_resources/slurm_limits.md could be a good place.
