Left menu missing when window size too small

When the window is minimized, first the left menu disappears, later the menu button appears. The menu button should appear immediately when the menu is hidden.

Ja, das ist mir schon aufgefallen in #23 (closed). !191 (merged) sollte das Problem lösen.
