Add a question mark icon in the top right corner of console code block that is a link to a bash prompt explanation

• Check whether the bash prompt description contains an explanation of
  • marie
  • the "thing after the @ symbol" (partitions, etc.)
  • additional prefixes (e. g. Python virtual environments)
• Add a question mark icon to each console code block automatically (via CSS?) that leads the reader to the bash prompt description
