Describe how users without login to gitlab.hrz.tu-chemnitz.de can contribute, esp. how to feed contribution back into gitlab

Maybe we can close this issue. After thinking about it, I believe, we only want that actual users of the HPC system contribute. If they are users, they should have a login, anyway. Thus, they should be able to access the repo. Is there anything that I am missing?
