SCS5 Migration Hints in top level Environment and Software

I just stumbled across the document "SCS5 Migration Hints" in "Environment and Software". Two things irritated me:

a) The title is not meaningful to dummies like me. SCS5 could be anything... please find a more meaningful title b) The position of this document directly in the top level of "Environment and Software" is not appropriate to me. What about somewhere in "Environment"?
