names in gtk.h.  This fix undef's the func_data macro before including
gtk.h.

before we catch it (script only runs for a second and we poll at 
the same interval, so we might not even seen it in RUNNING state, 
and report that as an ERROR).

tested logic on bluegene system, seems to work fine, haven't tested on a system that allows passthroughs, should work, but haven't tested yet.
