Feat/bar chart update 46
This feature update contains the following elements:
- new bar chart rasterizer for categorical bar charts
- categorical bar charts
- textures and texture rasterizer
- standardized legend rasterizer (can be used for all diagram types)
- standardized axis rasterizer (can be used for all diagram types)
- default rasterizer functionality for drawing solid and dashed orthogonal lines
