Add getNumberOfCategories to CategoricalBarChart, remove obsolete method from BarChart & refactor old usages.

This is usefull when working on a sparse, non-uniform grid.

Extended old UniformTextureBarChartRasterizer to use texture rasterizing. Keeping it as relict for now.

Extend Rasterizer interface to give default functionality for drawing solid and dashed orthogonal lines.
