Check husimi symmetry

The investigation concerning the correctness of Husimi calculation is concluded and everything appears to be in order. The CW/CCW propagation symmetry breaking visible in the Husimi functon is most likely caused by the calculation grid. Even though the cavity is symmetric along the y-axis, the grid is not. This should be fixable by increasing the resolution of the COMSOL grid.

The significant changes include logging capabilities in the Husimi function calculation method.
