vary_params now already creates all necessary folders, so individual scripts can be commented out without fear

Now every oscillator has its own potential well and its own eigenfrequencies with coupling on top of it, analogous to optical microcavities.

Necessary parameters are now passed via command line to all plots, in order to plot the right thing.
