WIP: Prepare ci

Andreas Naumann requested to merge prepare_ci into master

I prepare a testing CI on top of docker. The CI canonicalizes the library numapde.bib and pushes directly to prepare_ci. After merge into master, we have to change the destination branch.

At the moment the push uses my credentials (with an additional ssh-key).

Do we want to keep the test files numapde_changed.bib and numapde_test.bib ? I would prefer to delete them after all tests and before merging.
