Throw error if required properties like category or catID are missing in response of Kollektor

Description:
If there is no catID and no category property in job object of HTWK-Kollektor response
then OpenASiST-Server did not throw an error when requesting https://urz-asist.hrz.tu-chemnitz.de/asist/rest/app/htwkl/jobs
E.g. it simply put 0 to catID.
This resulted to non working filter in app.
Expected: OpenASiST-Server should throw a readable/understandable error message if some required properties are missing in Kollektor-Response.
