Draft: Add hardware details to cluster pages

A space for more detailed system and hardware information has been established on each cluster's page. Barnard gained a page in the process. The new information spans CPU, GPU (if applicable), RAM, Network, Storage and Architecture including a hwloc-ls diagram.
