Document usage of UCX-CUDA

To use CUDA with MPI properly one has to load the module UCX-CUDA and not just CUDA on our GPU-Clusters.

UCX-CUDA is only mentioned once in the compendium in doc.zih.tu-dresden.de/docs/software/gpu_programming.md and even search UCX-CUDA does not hit.
