Slurm job generator silently ignores user's wish to get emails

When a user ticks the email check boxes, but leaves the email field empty, the generator should display an error. The user explicitly expressed to get emails, so silently ignoring this is counter-intuitive, I would say. The generator should remind him/her to also provide an email address.
