Skip doc.zih.tu-dresden.de/docs/access/key_fingerprints.md when checking spelling

doc.zih.tu-dresden.de/docs/access/key_fingerprints.md only contains key fingerprints and not much text. When spelling is checked, aspell reports parts of the fingerprints as spelling mistakes. Thus: skip this file.
