Rename navigation entries so that they reflect intentions, not tool names

Many entries in the navigation menu just contain the name of the tool, e.g. "Score-P". Instead, it should give some idea about the intention, e. g. "Performance measurement with Score-P" or "Application behavior recording with Score-P".
