Add more terms similar to "todo" to grep-forbidden-patterns.sh

Make it harder to avoid the pattern "todo". Currently, there are also variants of "under construction", "posted here upon availability", etc. These should not be in any file. Either, there is something to explain or it is not there. We should not raise expectations.
