WARNING  -  Documentation file 'software/software_development_overview.md' contains a link to 'software/Debugging Tools.md' which is not found in the documentation files.

The mentioned file has been moved to archive. I will fix the link for now. @mlieber--tu-dresden.de please review the article and the links therein.
