On some devices the app is automatically disabled

We got reports from samsung users about the app being disabled. This leads to the phone refusing to connect to eduroam because the phon no longer knows the suggestion.

Maybe asking for not suspending the app helps here like Nextcloud which ask for permission not to be suspended
