Somehow make bigdataframeworkconfigure-x.y.z.tar.gz available publicly

Currently, we have to copy the .tar.gz to barnard-ci manually. It would be better if we could use the one that is built automatically (via this project's CI) and make it available as release or similar, so that we can add some source_url statement to the easyconfig. This would allow us to rebuild modules via barnard-ci without the need to copy the .tar.gz again and again.
