Test case: Start a tool

Start a tool within a project by clicking the button "Open toolname Web UI". Do this for every tool.

Test is successful if tool is successfully started in a new tab.

Use the current version of MAST http://172.26.122.185:7999/ for testing (for now, until I set up a new one for testing purposes with Ansible).

Write a test case in Python (Selenium?).
