pyDataverse and dataverse_utils in Carto-Lab Docker

is possible to install within defult worker_env of carto-docker ---- pyDataverse (https://pydataverse.readthedocs.io/en/latest/) and Dataverse_untils()https://ubc-library-rc.github.io/dataverse_utils/ It looks like we will need to be busy with them a lot.. Looking forward
