this needs to be solved in https://github.com/scikit-learn/scikit-learn/issues/23886
workaround for now is to fix harmonypy at version 0.0.6
An update will be installed on Monday, May 12, 2025 between 20:00 and 21:00. During this, the service will be unavailable for approx 30 minutes.
