Alsamixer Settings für Magewell USB Grabber

* Defaultsettings liegen in default.state
* Defaultsettings liegen in default_{folien,kamera}.state
* Settings pro Grabber sind folgendermaßen zu erstellen:
* Karte mit Alsamixer korrekt einstellen (F6 -> Gerät auswählen)
* alsactl store sound_{folien,kamera} -f /opt/clt/alsamixer/${SERIAL}.state
* ins Git einchecken
